2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner accepts that show-cause has been filed, but whether order has been fully complied or not; could not be ascertained as the Counsel could not contact with his client.

3. Counsel for the State on the other hand submits that due compliance has been made and all payment has also been made, which is mentioned in the show-cause.

4. In this background, the present MJC petition is hereby disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner if there shall be any grievance further to her, then she may sue the same before the concerned authority.
