Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S.Case No.472 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 363,365, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the statement of the victim girl ha been recorded that does not support the prosecution case rather it appears that she has categorically stated that she has no affair with the petitioner and she has gone to his house on her won sweet will where he has received with other family members.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge VIII cum ACJM VIIIth, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S.Case No.472 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
