2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per the prosecution case , on 25.05.2019, this petitioner came to the complainant and asked for Rs. One lakh fifty thousand for marriage of his sister and promised to return the same . After some time when complainant asked petitioner to return his money , then petitioner start making excuse and on 11.12.2022 petitioner abused complainant and refused to return

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence . At no point of time , petitioner has borrowed any money from the complainant and the cognizance has been taken against the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate - I Dehri on Sone sasaram ( Rohtas ) under Section 420, 504 of the Indian Penal Code . The allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature . It is further submitted that the present case has been filed only with a view to recover the alleged lent money which is purely civil in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate - I Dehri on Sone sasaram ( Rohtas ) in connection with Complainant case No. 260 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down
