2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 354(c)/354(a)/504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 of the POCSO Act.
3 . As per F.I.R., the informant namely, Tulsi Kumari, alleged that she met with this petitioner, Sanu @ Sahil Kumar at a wedding. After which, he started talking to her and he used to talk obscene and soon, started her

No.76461 of 2025(2) dt.16-01-2026 2/3 threatening for marriage otherwise, he will make her photos and videos viral and for this purpose, the father and brothers of the victim went to the house of this petitioner Sanu @ Sahil Kumar and tried to make him understand but, his family members abused and misbehaved with them and also threatened them to kill.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . As per F.I.R. victim was assaulted but there is no injury report on record and also the specific date of assault is not mentioned in F.I.R. Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature to make the case grave . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and it was this petitioner who came in contact with the victim in a marriage ceremony and used to talk obscene and soon , thereafter started threatening her for marriage and on refusal, made her videos and photos viral. The victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.PC has supported the prosecution case .
6. Considering the nature of accusation , statement
