Petitioner is in custody in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 126 of 2018 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he fired on the informant which caused injury on the chest and left hand of the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.8.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68877 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Banka, in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 126 of 2018 subject to the condition that bailors should be elected representative of the local body.
