The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No.03 of 2018, registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

Allegation in brief is that while the informant was taking rest the accused persons entered into the house and on the point of pistol snatched chain of informant's wife and his mother-in-law and also took Rs 6 lakhs cash and mobile.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant runs a clinic in the village of the petitioner and there was some dispute with regard to the charge fee for the treatment and on account of that the petitioner has been falsely

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46514 of 2018 (2) dt.31-07-2018 2/2 implicated in this case. Neither any so called looted articles have been recovered from his possession nor the petitioner has any criminal antecedent, even other co-accused Binod Singh was granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 06.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33404 of 2018. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Balwant Singh @ Bullet Singh @ Bullet Kumar Singh is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 5th Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateSiwan, in connection with Maharajganj P.S.
