JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through the virtual Court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 25 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is in custody since 08.10.2022.

Allegation is of recovery of one country made pistol from Yuvraj Kumar @ Heera.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the alleged recovery is from Yuvraj Kumar @ Heera and not from the petitioner. He came to be implicated merely because he is known to Yuvraj Kumar @

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submission aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 617 of 2022.
