2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the statement mentioned in para-1 of the petition.

3. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 04.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72259 of 2022.

4. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 270 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

5. The victim was kidnapped. she has been recovered. She has named the petitioner in her statement recorded Section

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77985 of 2023(3) dt.19-01-2024 2/2 164 of the Cr.P.C. Other materials have also come to show that the petitioner had participated in the crime.

6. In these circumstances, the second application for bail is again rejected.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.

8. The S.P., Katihar is directed to produce the witnesses in the trial regularly so that the trial is concluded at the earliest.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P., Katihar for its compliance through FAX or e-mail forthwith.
