The instant writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to make payment of the provident fund amounts due to the petitioners, including dearness allowance and salary deposited in their General Provident Fund accounts, along with the statutory interest up to the date of payment, to which the petitioners are legally entitled.

3. In view of the reliefs sought, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claims of the petitioners and pay the admissible amounts along with statutory interest up to the date of payment. In case separate individual representations are filed by each petitioner, the same shall be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order.

4. If any amount is found payable, it shall be paid within the same time with proper communication. In case any claim, in whole or in part, is not found payable, the reasons for such rejection shall be communicated to the petitioners within the aforesaid period.
