JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2020 This appeal has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bikram P. S. Case No. 167 of 2019, for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 337, 338 of IPC and Section 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. As per F.I.R. the appellant no.1 abused the informant by taking caste name and against appellant no.2 of assault. Submission of the learned counsel for the appellants is that the present case is a counterblast to a case lodged by the appellant no.2 against the informant and others, in which, they have also received injuries and in order to make the case serious. The allegation of abuse by taking caste name has not been mentioned.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, this appeal is disposed of with a direction to the appellants to surrender and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by order of this Court and, if possible to be disposed of on the same day.
