The sole petitioner, having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph - 3 of the petition and in custody since 28.06.2018, has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 123 of 2018 , registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been apprehended only on an accusation that he failed to produce registration paper of the motorcycle on which he was moving. He submits that till date it has not been established as to whether it was stolen motorcycle or not.

Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - IX, Siwan / concerned court in connection with Andar P.S.
