JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.09.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 36266 of 2019, by which, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was allowed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned court below on 25.09.2019.

However, now the modification application has been filed on the ground that due to inadvertence, he could not appear on the date fixed, but the opposite party no.2 is residing with the petitioner.

Considering the submissions, as earlier order passed in the presence of both the parties, as such, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court.
