2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) and 109 of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3 . The prosecution case , in brief, is that informant namely, Md. Mod Rasim suspects that due to land dispute this petitioner shot him and his son due to which he became injured and his son died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion because of longstanding land dispute . Informant is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence . During course of investigation , none of the witnesses claim to have seen the

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, materials available on record, period of custody , clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate Araria in connection with Mahalgaon Town P.
