2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 139/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed the deceased. Independent witnesses have said that the deceased was in a relationship with someone. There is no external injury as per the postmortem report. The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2022.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 139/2022.
