Mr.Nawal Kishore Prasad ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No.248 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioners to have assaulted the informant side by different weapons. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injuries are simple in nature. He further submits that there was a land dispute between the parties and a Title Suit is also pending between them.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75020 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant submits that two persons have been assaulted and one person has received serious injury over his head and one of his ears has been chopped off. He further submits that the in the said Title Suit both the parties are the respondents.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioners is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
