Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No.388/2019 for the for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise (Prohibition) Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and has no concern with the seized liquor. Similarly situated co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 06.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74537 of 2019 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No.388/2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge-IIIrd, Nalanda at Biharsharif, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
