Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S.Case No. 50 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 469, 420, 384, 386, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of demanding extortion for construction of house. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is land dispute between the parties and a title suit is going on and with respect to the same occurrence three cases have been lodged in which parties are the same.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

No.50346 of 2018 (2) dt.31-08-2018 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S.Case No. 50 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
