2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363/366/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and his two associates kidnapped daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the victim in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has denied the prosecution case. She has stated that on her own sweet will she solemnized marriage with the petitioner. Her age has been assessed as 19 years.

5. Considering the aforesaid 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the
