JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 31-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 379, 307, 448, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he fired, causing injury at the arm of Rajendra Yadav. The Doctor has found firearm injury at the arm of Rajendra Yadav, vide injury report at Annexure-2. Petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2018. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51087 of 2018 (2) dt.31-08-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Shakurabad Police Station Case No.129 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
