2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 200/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304/B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are father-in-law and cousin fatherin-law of the deceased. They are in custody since 01.04.2024.

4. There are general and omnibus allegations of demand of dowry and torture against these petitioners.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78933 of 2024(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 200/2023.
