Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. There is case and counter case between the parties. Moreover, the matter has been

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of sub Judge 16-cum- Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S.
