Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C. Case No.4948 of 2016 , registered for offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be Bhaisur of the complainant and there is allegation of demand and torture.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and another co-accused has been granted privilege of the anticipatory bail vide order dated 1.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66718 of 2018.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-XI, Gopalganj in connection with C. Case No.4948 of 2016 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
