Petitioner is accused in connection with Shahpur (Bahoranpur) P.S. Case No. 345 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 365/34 of the I.P.C. and later on section 302 of the I.P.C. was added.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused Mukesh Ray has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 41728 of 2018 on 07.09.2018. Petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56147 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur (Bahoranpur) P.S. Case No. 345 of 2017.
