====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. Learned counsel for the informant is also present.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Lakho) P.S. Case No. 286 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that she had taken the 4 years girl child of the informant away and thereafter the child was found murdered and inside a bag behind the house of the present petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case against the petitioner is false and fabricated and only

Learned counsel for the Opposite Party has resisted the application for grant of anticipatory bail and submits that it is a case of cold blooded murder of 4 years child and she may not be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) uma/- U T
