2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., on 14.06.2025, all the accused persons including petitioners surrounded informant and his family members and thereafter, co-accused Surendra Yadav and Sumit Yadav fired upon father of informant, as a result of which, father of informant died on spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that specific accusation is against co-accused Surendra Yadav and Sumit Yadav. So far as these petitioners are concerned, they are ladies and no specific role has been attributed to them.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 142 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. No. 1665 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
