1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 275 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as on account of assault by the petitioner and others, the informant suffered six injuries and injury on head is said to be grievous and the informant alleges that petitioner along with Lalan had assaulted him by rod and sword.

4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail
