2. The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 24.06.2024 passed in CWJC No. 14986 of 2011.

3. Learned counsel for the State has filed a show cause on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 5 stating therein that in compliance of the order dated 24.06.2024 passed in CWJC No. 14986 of 2011, the authority has passed a reasoned and

Patna High Court MJC No.3853 of 2024(4) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 detailed order considering all the aspects including the case of the similarly situated person, namely, Phudan Prasad Gupta. So the opposite parties have complied the order of this Hon'ble Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite parties has not complied the order of this Hon'ble Court in true spirit.

5. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 01.11.2024 passed in compliance of the order dated 24.06.2024 in CWJC No. 14986 of 2011 and he may assail the same before the appropriate proceeding.

6. In view of the aforesaid, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
