2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Powakhali P.S. Case No. 32 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the deceased is said to have killed for demand of dowry.
4. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The police after investigation has exonerated the other family members and charge-sheeted the petitioner. The deceased died within four months of her marriage. The petitioner is in jail since 01.06.2023.
5. Paragraph No. 16 of the petition reads as follows:- "That it is relevant to mention here that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81455 of 2024(2) dt.18-12-2024 2/2 charges have been framed against the petitioner and others u/s 304-B/34, 498A/34, 120-B/34/, 302/34 of the I.P.C. and out of 15 charge sheeted witnesses six have been examined by the learned Sessions Judge, Kishanganj and out of six witnesses examined before the trial Court all the witnesses not supported to the occurrence whereas the informant (P.W.-5) also did not support the occurrence."
6. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Kishanganj/ concerned court in connection with Powakhali P.S. Case No. 32 of 2023.
