1. The present application has been filed for initiation of contempt on the ground that opposite parties have violated the order dated 08.04.2024 passed in CWJC No. 17051 of 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties referring to the show cause submits that order has been complied and representation of the petitioner has been disposed vide order, dated 22.11.2024, passed by District Education Officer, Siwan.
