The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against brother of petitioner is of abducting the daughter of informant to marry her. There is no allegation against petitioner in the entire FIR, however, the girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. has alleged that petitioner had threatened her. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.04.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50913 of 2018(2) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj at Gopalganj, in connection with Hathua (Gopalganj) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018.
