2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the for the same set of land, the petitioner has filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.16887 of 2024(7) dt.07-04-2025 2/2 a Title Suit No. 16 of 2025 which is still pending for consideration before the competent Civil Court at Sonepur at Saran and the parties who are in the present writ petition are also made parties in the aforesaid suit.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to pursue the matter in the pending Title Suit No. 16 of 2025 in the competent Civil Court at Sonepur at Saran.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
