JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Motipur P.S. case no. 429 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25 (1-b) a/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that when the house of the petitioner was raided two country made pistols, one live cartridge and one empty cartridge have been recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each after 25.10.2018 to the satisfaction of Sub-
