The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S.Case No.148 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(A) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016..
As per FIR, there is recovery of 682 and odd ltrs. of liquor .
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent.
Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is recovery of huge quantity of the liquor and that is from his house.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68554 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
