JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 01-08-2023 Heard Mr. Devendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Ashhar Mustafa, learned counsel for the Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that all the retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner, however, petitioner is still aggrieved for non-payment of statutory interest on account of delayed payment.

3. The writ petitioner is aged about 93 years old and considering his age, the Registrar of the University is directed to do all the necessary formalities with respect to payment of interest on delayed payment within a period of three

In case he finds that certain paraphernalia and certain forms are required to be filled up by the petitioner, he must entrust a competent officer to visit the petitioner in person and get all the formalities done within the aforesaid period.
