Petitioner seeks bail in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.553 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that informant has implicated this petitioner due to enmity. Motorcycle has been produced by the informant before the police levelling allegation against the petitioner that he has stolen motorcycle. Production-cum-seizure list is annexed with the First Information Report, which shows that key of the motorcycle was produced by the informant.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 04.06.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.553 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
