The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint case No. 670 of 2018 registered under Section 147, 148, 341, 323, 325, 452, 384, 380, 504, 354B of the IPC. The complainant alleged that petitioners and others came and called Kanhaiya Kumar and ordered to kill Knahaiya Kumar but he somehow managed to flee away from the house. The complainant further alleged that the accused persons assaulted the complainant and took away different articles from her house.

On account of land dispute the complainant has lodged the case making false and frivolous allegation of demand of extortion and assault. Taking into consideration the fact aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that petitioners are co-sharers of the complainant, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Bikash Kumar learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Banka in connection with Complaint case No. 670 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
