====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 18-11-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of 'Admission' with the consent of both the counsel.

2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already been ventilated his grievance before the District Magistrate by way of a representation dated 07.10.2025 (Annexure- P/2). The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to consider the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.18338 of 2025(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 representation and take necessary action strictly in accordance with law. The authority shall endeavour to pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from today. In case the claim of the petitioner is found to be correct, the authority shall take necessary steps for shifting the building of Gram Panchayat Bhawan under construction.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
