JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Pupri Police Station Case No.271 of 2017, vide order dated 31.05.2018 passed in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No.1933 of 2018. However, the petitioner could not furnish the bail bond within time and prayer is for extension of the time. For substantial justice, prayer is allowed with direction that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce the receipt of the same at the time of furnishing bail bond within further extended period of four weeks from today.
