S Case No. 567 of 2024 has been registered for the offences under Section 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act against the Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 and others, on the basis of a complaint submitted by the father of the deceased on 12th of August, 2024.

2. Now, the allegation of the informant/petitioner is that till date police did not arrest the said two FIR named accused persons.

3. It is also submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that initially the Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 were arrested on 14th of August, 2024 but subsequently they were set free without formally arresting them in connection with the instant case.

4. Under such circumstance, the petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for proper investigation.

5. It is submitted by the learned Advocate on behalf of the State/Respondents on instruction that warrant of arrest has already been issued against the Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 as they are absconding. The Investigating Officer shall also take further steps after receiving the execution report of the warrant of arrest.

6. Thus, from the submission made by the learned Advocate for the State/Respondents, this Court finds that action has already been taken to nab the Respondent Nos. 7 and 8. Therefore, I do not think it proper at this stage to pass any further direction upon the I.O. for proper investigation.

7. The petitioner is at liberty to provide relevant information, if any, regarding whereabouts of the above-named private respondents and if such information is forwarded to the

8. With the above observation, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
