Petitioner seeks bail in Raushanganj (Banke Bazar) P.S. Case No.194 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 385, 387, 379, 435, 427, 504, 506/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the CLA Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. His name has transpired during investigation on the basis of the information given to the police by spy. Thereafter, police has raided the house of the petitioner and arrested him. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 29.12.2017.
