This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No.578 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 8(c) & 20(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.03.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.88853 of 2024.

There is recovery of about 3.446 Kg. of ganja from a bag. The petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2024. 5.

In the trial, all the witnesses have been examined.

Since all the witnesses have been examined in the trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
