JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bihta P. S. Case No. 931 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 337, 338, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R. accused persons came with lathi and danda and started assaulting the informant and his brother and also forcibly assaulted indiscriminately. So far as these petitioners are concerned, they are throwing bricks from roof

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are all ladies and there is case and counter case between the parties and there is also a land dispute between them.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bihta P.
