2. The present writ petition has been filed for direction to the opposite parties for appointment to the post of teacher in the allotted school for the 2019-20, sixth phase school as Bihar Panchayat Primary School under Cheraiya Block under East Champaran District.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, petitioner is directed to file a fresh detailed representation before the District Education Officer, East Champaran at Motihari (respondent no.3) along with all supporting documents within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.3 is well

Patna High Court CWJC No.86 of 2024 dt.15-03-2024 2/2 advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.
