Petitioners are accused in connection with Case No. 379C2 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have no concern with the alleged recovery. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 21.09.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69171 of 2019(3) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamui in connection with Case No. 379C2 of 2019.
