2. The accused/petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 1388 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2008, later on sections 467, 468, 471, 120B of the I.P.C. was added.
3. The accused/petitioner is named in the First Information Report and is in custody since 13.08.2025.
4. As per FIR, by cheating the informant, the petitioner alongwith other named co-accused persons has taken Rs. 12 Lakhs from him on the false pretext of providing

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that aforesaid allegation is available against son of the petitioner as to cheat the informant and also to provide job against cash. It is submitted that petitioner implicated in the present case being father of main coaccused.
6. While concluding argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and, moreover, investigation of this case is already completed and as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
7. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
8. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of the fact as prima facie petitioner implicated in this case being father of main co-accused person, coupled with the fact that petitioner, who is a man of clean antecedent, remains in custody since 13.08.2025, accordingly, above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten
