Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 259 of 2017 read with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) P.C. Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submitted that the appointment of contract teacher was made by the committee. Moreover, co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 24.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14704 of 2018. Petitioner is lady one and she has clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge Vigilance-I, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 259 of 2017 read with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/-Sanjeev U T
