2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed an application before the Circle Officer, Jehanabad with respect to mutation of the land in question in her name. Learned counsel further submits that the said application dated 19.09.2024 is pending before the said authority and he seeks direction from this Court for early disposal of the said application.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
