2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 275 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have killed his wife after torturing her for demand of dowry. The petitioner is in jail since 20.08.2022.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, this application is dismissed.
