JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Chandi P.S. Case No. 151 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the informant causing fracture injury and there is also allegation that petitioner took away Rs. One Lakh of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is tht both are villagers and there was some scuffle between them, in which, informant sustained some injury, for which, informant is demanding Rs. One Lakh and due to which, the present case has been lodged.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69454 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -XII, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 151 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
