Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Arwal P.S.case No.140/2019 dated 25.5.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, the informant suspects that the petitioner in collusion with the other accused persons has killed the son of the informant while he was in his house.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the suspicion, there is absolutely nothing against this petitioner in the FIR and even during the investigation nothing has come against the petitioner except the suspicion. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.69225 of 2019(3) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge VI, District Jehanabad in connection with Arwal P.S.Case No.140 of 2019 dated 25.5.2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure wit further condition to co-operate in the investigation and appear before the police as and when required.
